BIOLISME is the acronym for "Speedy system for sampling and detecting Listeria monocytogenes in agri-food and related European industries".
|
The objective of this project is to develop a system to monitor the contamination levels of L. monocytogenes in industrial food producing-plants, overcoming the limitations of the traditional techniques and fulfilling industry's needs.
BIOLISME involves 7 partners from 5 EU countries combining their knowledge and skills in fields such as food, microbiology, biosensors, electro-optics and cleaning.
This project is funded by the European Commission under the 7th Framework Programme. |
